Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State is scheduled to make a statewide broadcast tomorrow, Tuesday June 18, 2024 on the expiration of the tenure of local government council chairmen and councillors in the state.
This was contained in a special announcement signed on Monday by the chief press secretary to the governor, Nelson Chukwudi.
According to the announcement, “the Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, GSSRS, will make a statewide broadcast on the expiration of the tenure of local government council chairmen and councillors in the state on Tuesday, June 18, 2024.”
The statement further advised the people of the state to tune in to all radio and television stations at 7am.
