Air Peace has reached a major milestone on its Lagos-London route, successfully operating 662 flights and transporting more than 136,000 passengers since its inaugural flight on March 30, 2024.
This achievement was announced in a statement by the airline’s Head of Corporate Communications, Ejike Ndiulo, on Friday. He noted that the flight company continues to offer competitive fares and top-tier service aboard its luxurious Boeing 777 aircraft.

Chairman and CEO of Air Peace, Allen Onyema, expressed pride in the airline’s growth over the past year. “The launch of our Lagos-London route was a historic moment for Air Peace and Nigerian aviation. One year later, we have sustained operations and thrived, delivering top-tier service, expanding passenger benefits, and contributing to the Nigerian economy,” he said.
Onyema also emphasized the importance of national support in strengthening the airline’s presence on the route. He highlighted how the airline’s Lagos-London operations have created jobs in the aviation sector, boosted tourism and business travel, and encouraged healthy competition, leading to better fares and improved services for travelers.
