All Progressives Congress (APC) has pegged the amount for its presidential nomination form at N100 million.
The party also placed its nomination and expression of interest forms for those seeking the party’s ticket to contest the governorship election in their respective states at N50 million.
APC National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morgan, announced this at a briefing within Abuja.
Similarly, the All Progressives Congress agreed to choose its presidential candidate through an indirect primary election.
The decision was reached at the party’s 11th National Executive Committee meeting held at the Transcorp Hotel in Abuja.
Also, at the meeting, the NEC transmitted their powers to the National Working Committee of the APC to make decisions for a period of 90 days.
Several individuals have indicated their interest to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari when his tenure ends in 2023.
Those who have indicated interest in running are; Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, former Governor Bola Tinubu, Governor David Umahi of Ebonyi, Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi, and ministers Rotimi Amaechi (Transportation) and Chris Ngige (Labour and Employment), among others.
