The people of Kaseyo, Umenger and Uikpam in Benue state will enjoy a new lease of life by mid-2022. This follows the decision by the Benue state government to complete the Gbajimba Daudu road.
The state Governor Samuel Ortom said his determination to complete the road project is due to the perennial problem of poor accessibility leading to ceaseless attacks in the remote communities of Guma local council of Benue State.
Governor Ortom disclosed this while inspecting some road projects within Guma local council. He stated that the attacks would be a thing of the past when the Gbajimba-Daudu N3 billion road project is completed.
Governor Samuel Ortom was accompanied by the commissioner for works and transport and other members of the State executive council.
