Spokesman of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar in the 2023 campaign season, Mr. Segun Showunmi, who had been pontificating about PDP’s chances in the 2027 general elections, has ported to the Tinubu camp.
Speaking in a tweet he had shortly after a closed-door meeting with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Showunmi said the meeting was “engaging and nostalgic.”
Showumni is following the footsteps of Reno Omokri and Daniel Bwala who betrayed their leaders in the opposition camp to join the Tinubu camp where it is believed they enjoy juicy rewards.
In the tweet, Showunmi also said that he “spent quality time” with President Tinubu.
