Former Minister of Aviation Femi Fani-Kayode is being grilled at the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Lagos.
The report says Fani-Kayode honoured invitation the invitation of the EFCC over an allegation of forgery.
Investigations revealed that the former Minister allegedly forged a medical report he submitted to a Federal High court during his trial.
Wilson Uwujaren, EFCC’s Head of Media and Publicity, who confirmed the report, said Fani-Kayode honoured the commission’s invitation.
According to Uwujaren, “I can confirm that Femi Fani-Kayode is at our Lagos office on a case of forgery.
“I don’t know if he was invited or arrested. And I can’t tell if he will be detained.”
