Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara has given the green light to an overhauling upgrade of 135 health facilities across the State—originally built during former Governor, Amaechi’s tenure—spanning all 23 Local Government Areas (LGAs). This enormous project aims to revitalize primary healthcare delivery, reduce maternal and child mortality rate, and better manage preventable illnesses even in the most remote communities.
