Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, today, visited the residential quarters of members of the State House of Assembly, to have an on-the-spot assessment of the mood and status of quarters.
He took a walk around the quarters, which looked like a ghost town.
Governor Fubara made a detour to visit the quarters, as the landlord of the property, enroute the Emohua-Kalabari Road to Tema Junction to inspect its readiness for commissioning in a few days.
