Governor Sir Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State has appointed Dr. Dagogo S.A. Wokoma as the Secretary to the State Government (SSG) and Barrister Sunny Ewule as the Chief of Staff (COS), with immediate effect.
The new appointees are scheduled to be sworn in today, Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 2:00 pm. The ceremony will hold at the Exco Chamber, Government House, Port Harcourt.
The appointments were announced in a statement signed by Onwuka Nzeshi, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor.
