…Screening of Aspirants Holds on March 27, 2024
The national leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has set up the Ondo State Screening Committee for the purpose of screening all the governorship aspirants for the upcoming Governorship Primary Election in the State.
The Screening Exercise is scheduled to hold at the National Working Committee (NWC) hall, PDP National Secretariat, Wadata Plaza, Abuja on Wednesday, March 27th, 2024 by 10:00am.
This was confirmed in a statement today (Saturday) by the PDP National Publicity Secretary, Hon Debo Ologunagba in Abuja.
The six-member committee has Sen. (Dr.) Sam Egwu as Chairman.
Other members are: Sen. Isa Shuaibu Lau, Chief Emmanuel Ogidi, Barr. Mrs. Olivia Dazyman, Barr. Tanko Beji and Amb. Mrs. Gladys Ashemuke with Chief Rahman Owokoniran (SW Zonal Secretary) as Secretary and Caroline Akinsete as Administrative Secretary.
The statement by Ologunagba reads in part, “The National Working Committee (NWC) of our great Party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has set up the Ondo State Screening Committee for the purpose of screening all the Governorship Aspirants for the upcoming Governorship Primary Election in Ondo State.
“The Screening Exercise is scheduled as follows:-Date: Wednesday, March 27th, 2024. Venue: NWC Hall, PDP National Secretariat, Wadata Plaza, Abuja Time: 10:00am Prompt.
“All Governorship aspirants, critical stakeholders, leaders and members of our Party in Ondo State are to take note and be guided accordingly”, it said.
