Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara has been honoured as the New Telegraph Man of the Year 2025, at a high-profile award and dinner night held on Friday, February 13, 2026, in Lagos State.
The prestigious annual award, organised by Daily Telegraph Publishing Company Limited, recognises outstanding individuals and institutions that have made significant contributions to Nigeria’s development across governance, business, and public service.
Other honourees at the ceremony included Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori (Governor of the Year), Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu (Governor of the Year – Innovations), and Borno State Governor Babagana Zulum (Distinguished Leadership Award), among several others recognised in various categories.
