The Lagos State Police Command has arrested and charged to court one Ajayi Femi, 60, over the alleged rape of a 24-year-old woman after spiking her drink in Meiran, Lagos.
According to a statement issued on Monday, September 1, 2025, by the Command’s Public Relations Officer, CSP Benjamin Hundeyin, the case was first reported by the victim’s sister at the Meiran Police Station on August 22, 2025, before being transferred to the Gender Unit for discreet investigation.
