The First Lady of Rivers State, Her Excellency Lady Valerie Fubara, received a wave of glowing tributes and heartfelt wishes as she marked her birthday anniversary; with one especially moving message coming from Dr. Mrs. Adaeze Chidinma Oreh.
In a heartfelt congratulatory message that accompanied a radiant photo of the celebrant, the Rivers State Commissioner for health, celebrated Lady Fubara as a symbol of grace, kindness, and purposeful service.
“Rivers State is blessed to have a woman with your heart of love and humanitarian affinity and service to others,” the message read.
Dr. Oreh highlighted Lady Valerie’s dedication to improving the lives of the less privileged, particularly children and the elderly across the state. She noted that the First Lady has shown unwavering commitment to causes that support health, education, and social well-being.
“You consistently seek ways to better the lot of the children of Rivers State… You are equally determined that the elderly and other vulnerable populations are not left behind in access to quality health and social care,” she added.
In her message, Dr. Oreh praised Lady Fubara not only for her acts of service but also for her inner strength, spirituality, and courage in leadership.
“You are an inspiring, virtuous, prayerful, and courageous leader, and we are indeed proud to celebrate you today and always.”
As part of her tribute, she offered heartfelt prayers for the First Lady, her family, Rivers State, and the nation as a whole.
“May the Almighty hear your prayers and grant the desires of your heart for yourself, your family, our beloved Rivers State, and the nation at large,” Dr. Oreh concluded.
