At the FCT Police Command in Abuja on Wednesday, activist Omoyole Sowore confronted Minister of Works, David Umahi, following allegations by a woman, TracyNither Nicolas Ohiri, that the minister owes her N250 million and made inappropriate advances years ago.
According to Sowore on his X, TracyNither, a married woman, was reportedly arrested in Lagos on charges of “cyberbullying” and flown to Abuja.

Her claim is primarily a civil dispute over the unpaid debt, but police escalated it into a criminal matter.
Inside the police command, Umahi allegedly intimidated and threatened TracyNither during a scheduled meeting until Sowore arrived, prompting him to leave. Despite this, the police initially refused to grant her bail or release her. Sowore said Umahi reportedly warned that she “has not seen anything yet” as he exited the command.
