Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, GSSRS, has approved the appointment of Hon. Benibo Anabraba as the new Secretary to the Rivers State Government (SSG).
According to a statement signed by Dr. Honour Kuru Sirawoo, mni, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Information and Communications, the swearing-in ceremony will take place today, Monday, October 13, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in the State Executive Council Chambers, Government House, Port Harcourt.
Guests and invited dignitaries are expected to be seated by 3:30 p.m.
This appointment marks a new chapter in the Fubara administration as it continues to strengthen its governance team.
