The Court of Appeal in Abuja has begun hearing on the leadership dispute within the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The party’s National Chairman, Kabiru Tanimu Turaki, SAN, is in court for the appeal, accompanied by Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed and Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde.
Members of the PDP National Working Committee (NWC) are also present.
The appeal follows the consolidation of all related cases earlier filed in different courts, as the party seeks a final decision on its leadership crisis.
