Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the former vice president, has received in audience, former classmate from the Provisional Secondary School Yola, in an apparent new jab at President Bola Tinubu.
The reception, Tuesday with Justice Sulaiman Galadima (retired), comes as further evidence to prove Atiku’s academic history.
It would be recalled that Atiku recently hosted Sir Ignatius Ameh, another former classmate from the School of Hygiene Kano.
The meeting had sparked social media conversations over the educational backgrounds of prominent political figures, with some netizens challenging President Tinubu to also host any of his classmate from the primary and secondary schools he claimed to have attended.
With the hosting of former classmates, Atiku appears to be winning significant points at home amidst the growing pressure on both political titans to substantiate claims of academic history and qualifications.
Justice Galadima who visited Atiku at his Abuja residence, gifted him a copy of his book titled: “Galadima’s Supreme Court Years”.
Atiku, who was delighted with the gift, posted on his verified X account about how happy he was with the book.
He wrote: “The book “Galadima’s Supreme Court Years”, the gift from Justice Sulaiman Galadima (retired), my classmate at the Provisional Secondary School Yola, when he visited me at my residence in Abuja today, shall occupy a special place in my library. -AA”
