Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, has condoled with Nollywood actor Francis Duru over the death of his son, Ifeanyi.
Duru announced the sad occurrence via a post on Instagram on Thursday, describing the 15-year-old deceased as a “champ” and a “lion” who fought valiantly.
Sympathising with the family, Atiku took to his official X account and wrote, “I extend my heartfelt thoughts and fervent prayers to Francis Duru and his cherished family as they traverse the sombre path of grief following the departure of his beloved son, Ifeanyi. The profound sorrow that accompanies the loss of a child delves to the very core of the soul, for it defies the ordained sequence where children bid farewell to their parents. May the Almighty envelop you and your loved ones, offering solace and strength in this trying hour.
