Bayelsa State residents today trooped out in their numbers at the Samson Siasia Sports Complex for the second tenure inauguration of Governor Douye Diri and his deputy, Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo.
The swearing in ceremony was presided by the Chief Judge of the State, Justice Maltida Ayemieye.
Governor Diri took oaths of office and allegiance at 2.02 pm flanked by his two wives and children.
Similarly, the deputy governor, Ewhrudjakpo took his oath of office and oath of allegiance flanked by his wife and two children.
