The former governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi, has arrived in Bauchi State for a crucial meeting with Governor Bala Mohammed.
The presidential aspirant of the Labour Party in the 2025 general election, who has been vocal about his political ambitions and vision for Nigeria, touched down in Bauchi on Thursday and proceeded straight to the Government House, where he is currently engaged in a closed-door meeting with the governor, who is currently the Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governors’ Forum.
Although, the exact purpose of the visit remains unclear, both parties are expected to address journalists after the meeting.
